Dear Ms. Vandever,
I want to share the happiness of my new home that brought me joy and
humbleness. It is without a doubt the Chinle Navajo Housing Authority Staff
made my dream home a REALITY. The Staff were supportive and helpful during
planning and construction of my house, often I was frustrated with the
setbacks but always, Vernita, Tom and Stanford reassured me that projects were
not ignored but on a tracking system or timeline. They provided an immediate
response and showed respect for our time as well as our own
"agendas". They were trustworthy and as a Homeowner, I relied on
them for answers. The credit, safety and home maintenance training were
helpful and informative.
To share my excitement, I had my housewarming reception on May 07, 2005
(Saturday) with my family and friends.
Again, Thank you for the continued services to families and keep up the
good work.
